TEN
YEAR WARRANTY
Hallmark Cabinet warranties its cabinetry to look and perform like new
for ten years of its original purchase. For that period, Hallmark
Cabinet will replace or repair (its option), at the factory, for no
charge, any part of our cabinetry proven to contain manufacturing
defects. This is providing the problem has not been caused by:
- Improper temperature or humidity
environment*
- Improper installation.
- Use other than residential or light
commercial.
- Carelessness.
This warranty covers only those things Hallmark Cabinet has control
over (the cabinetry) and cannot cover damage caused by misuse or
accident. It does not cover incidentals such as installation/removal of
items, travel time or shipping to the factory.
Components
not manufactured by Hallmark Cabinet (such as hinges or drawer slides)
carry their manufacturerʼs warranty, which meets or exceeds the
10 year cabinet guarantee.
Wood
grain, wood color and finish are subject to
the characteristics outlined in “An explanation of wood and
finish characteristics” and beyond such are not considered
“manufacturing defects”.
*Environments outside of 50-80° F or 30-40% relative humidity.
